On the outskirts of Rome, a director (played by Orson Welles) makes a film about the Passion of the Christ. The main character, however, is not Christ, but Stracci, a starving proletarian who plays the role of the good thief and despairs when he sees his lunch being devoured by a dog while he, tied to the cross, participates in one of the scenes. Fourth episode of the movie Ro.Go.Pa.G..
